The Generations For Peace Headquarters comprises full time staff based at Al Hussein Youth & Sport City in Amman, Jordan. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer are three key departments:

Programmes Department: responsible for worldwide implementation of Delegate and Pioneer Programmes, supporting and mentoring Delegates and Pioneers, building relationships with Programme Partners, and liaising closely with the Generations For Peace Institute on monitoring and evaluation of programmes.

Marketing & Communications Department: responsible for marketing, sponsorship, public relations and media communications, event management, graphic design and production, in order to support the overall effectiveness and impact of Generations For Peace programmes and the Generations For Peace Institute.

Corporate Services Department: responsible for financial management, human resource management, IT support, legal contracts and risk management, facilities management and revenue, this team provides critical support to the other departments.

The Headquarters staff support and work closely with the Generations For Peace Institute.
